We have developed and built several office buildings in and around central Oslo, the Oslo region, at Flesland in Bergen, and in central Riga in Latvia.
Linstow has over 30 years of experience in the development, management and operation of office buildings in Norway.
Examples of this are: The Ibsen Quarter. An office building of 33,000 sqm, built in 1996 which was awarded several awards: Sundt's prize (1996), Statens Byggeskikkpris (1997) and Anton C. Houens Fonds diploma (2000).
We were responsible for the construction of the first building in the Barcode row in Bjørvika; Oslo Atrium of 30,000 m2, which is, among other things, the head office of Ernst & Young and Avinor. Linstow owns 1/2 (formerly 1/3) of Oslo S Utvikling AS, which is a key player in the development of Bjørvika. Oslo S Utvikling AS is responsible for the development of Barcode, where almost 200,000 square meters of residential and commercial space have been built, which comprises 10,000 jobs and 400 homes. Oslo S Utvikling AS also has large areas on the south side of Dronning Eufemias gate and in Bispevika which are under development. This includes the commercial building Eufemia, which contains approx. 20,000 m2 offices.
Development of Smedstaddammen; 3 office buildings of a total of 28,000 m2 with attached park with pond. Stortingsgata 6; 6,200 m2, which included the rebuilding of the old Flaggfabrikken and a new building for Fokus Bank / Danske Bank located in the heart of central Oslo.
