We’ve developed and built several properties within a range
of different market segments in Norway and abroad.
We started to invest in the Baltic hotel sector in 1997.
We acquired the former Intourist hotels, Hotel Latvija in Riga and Hotel Lietuva in Vilnius, and totally renovated them. The Reval Hotelli Group was acquired in 2000, including the Hotel Olympia in Tallinn.
Our activities were gradually expanded with new hotels, and Linstow now owns six hotels in three of the Baltic countries, along with Hotel Sonya in St. Petersburg.
Linstow signed a long-term deal with Rezidor Hotel Group in 2010 to run the company’s hotels, totalling 2,199 rooms in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Russia. The hotels were consequently rebranded as Radisson BLU and Park Inn by Radisson.
Our focus has always been on developing attractive mid-range hotels. Before signing the deal with Rezidor in 2010, the hotels were run by our subsidiary Reval, which had grown to become the leading hotel chain in the Baltic region by that time.
Linstow bought a hotel under construction in 2016, at the Bergen Business Park close to Bergen Airport Flesland. The hotel was completed and delivered to the operator, Nordic Choice Hotels, February 2017, and officially opened as the Comfort Hotel Bergen Airport in April 2017.
