The "Sporta 2 quarter" was bought by SIA Sporta 2 (company owned by NP Properties group) in the summer of 2021. The project is located between the center of Riga and the Skanstes district. The acquisition highlights Linstow Baltic's new business strategy in the Baltics, which involves developing projects in various market segments; office buildings, shopping malls, parking, hotels, recreational facilities and others.
The concept development for the project is still in an early phase, however, the plan is to continue to develop the area into a vibrant, multifunctional and livable urban district, combined with modern contemporary design and functions together with some of the area's authentic qualities.
