Ibsenkvartalet was developed and completed by Linstow in November 1996 with a total area of 32.000 m2 in four office buildings. The buildings were placed around an open square where two and two were linked.
It was originally invested approximately 440 million in the project, and by the end of 1996 the investment generated approximately 45 million in annual rental income.
The property was sold in 2006.
