The project consisted of three office buildings with a common underground parking. The offices comprise a total of 21,000 sqm and 7,000 sqm parking. In addition to the buildings that were built, the area was rehabilitated with parks and a new dam. Hoffsveien was upgraded with a partial new route to the property.
The project commenced in November 1998 and was completed in September 2000 Sales of building A to Pericopus AS, which accounted for 35 % of the project resulted in a gain of 30 million upon completion. Buildings B and C were sold to Nordea Liv in 200, who resold it in 2014.
