Aker Brygge

Linstow merged with the real estate company Aker Brygge 1 ASA in 1997/8,
and thus became the owner of a large and attractive property portfolio at Aker Brygge.

Overall, around 230.000 m2 was developed from 1986 until 2002, of which 80.000 m2 were offices and 20.000 m2 were shopping facilities. Linstow owned approximately 60.000 m2; 20.000 m2 shopping / business, and about 27.000 m2 office space.

The Aker Brygge portfolio was sold to NPRO in 2006.

Today, Linstow owns and manages properties in several property segments, including office, health, shopping centers, hotel and parking properties. Linstow has a large part of its activities abroad. In the Baltics, Linstow is a major player in the hotel and shopping center segment.
