- I think it is important that we create environments we can imagine living in throughout an entire life cycle, but then we must be able to think new. We must think about public health from an early stage in work with site development and the composition of content in health buildings. If we manage that, we will to a greater extent be able to develop concepts that have an actual value for people, and that can make a real difference in society otherwise, explains Eidskrem, who is now looking forward to taking on his new work tasks.

Health is a long-term and high-priority investment area for Linstow, which has a central ownership role in several major development projects in Norway. The work requires both a holistic approach to housing, industry, the local environment, health and public services, and a broader collaboration in the development of new places.

- The employment is part of our further investment in health property, as well as health-promoting urban development. We will carry out several exciting projects in this segment in the years to come, and therefore we are very happy to have Heidi with us. This is the first time Linstow has actively gone out and searched for a project developer with a health background, and among many good candidates for the job, we finally landed that she was the best. With Heidi's expertise and long experience from the health field, we are now further strengthening our team, concludes Hege Hidle Aaser, director of Linstow health.

Linstow is one of Norway's leading real estate companies, and over the years we have built up solid expertise in health. Among these, the research project "Building Health - health-promoting urban development" and the expansion of Norway's largest combined health center, Romerike Helsebygg - two projects that in short are about us having to think smarter about the development of cities and towns that promote health and social sustainability.
