“Espen and Kenneth are an excellent fit for an already strong project organization, and we’re excited to have them on the team. They bring expertise and solid experience that we will benefit from in the many exciting projects ahead,” says Gunnar Fredriksen, Project Director at Linstow.
Espen Hobber Nilsen joins from the role of Department Manager at WK Entreprenør, where he held portfolio responsibility for a number of projects. He has also served as site manager and project manager, and has broad experience from both public and private projects, including rehabilitation and new builds. He highlights the people, the way of working, and the long-term perspective as reasons for choosing Linstow.
“I’ve followed Linstow and been impressed by how complex urban development projects are solved in collaboration from the earliest phase, with real ownership among those who will work and live there. I look forward to contributing across the entire development process together with skilled colleagues and partners,” says Espen Hobber Nilsen.
Kenneth Harstad comes from Aspelin Ramm, where he was Project Director. There he was responsible, among other things, for the rehabilitations of Pressens Hus and for the small-housing project, Infill. He has also worked for Backe Gruppen and has built up extensive experience with complex projects.
“Linstow has a clear, long-term strategy and projects that contribute positively to people, the city, and the environment. The portfolio is exciting—and, not least, the company has clear growth ambitions and the capacity to invest. I’m excited to join the Linstow team,” says Kenneth Harstad.
Linstow has recently acquired Kronprinsens gate 9, which will undergo an extensive refurbishment, and has a number of large projects including Qvarteret, the former Norwegian School of Veterinary Science, and Furuset center.
“The expansion on the project side is an important measure to ensure effective project execution and strong follow-up of our partners,” concludes Fredriksen.
