Sjøparken Named Apartment Project of the Year 2025
Agnespassasjen – Sjøparken claimed the top honor as the Norwegian Homebuilders' Association awarded the prize for Apartment Project of the Year 2025. The project came out ahead of strong finalists from OBOS and Selvaag.

Agnes Utvikling, jointly owned by Linstow and Grendahl Holding (50/50), is behind the transformation of the former industrial site Agnes Fabrikker into a unique residential area featuring islands, canals, and a strong focus on high living standards.
A Model Project with Distinct Character
The award highlights projects that successfully combine cost-effective construction with sustainability, quality of life, character, and innovation.
The jury particularly emphasized the project's interaction with natural elements and its ability to deliver distinctive housing:
“Sjøparken Island 3C is part of a larger transformation of the former industrial site Agnes Fabrikker in Larvik municipality. Dredged fill materials from the bay are being removed, and four residential islands with interconnected canals are being established. Island 3C is the fourth development phase. Island 3 is protected by outer Island 4 with a breakwater, as well as a new breakwater from the north. In a time of increasingly challenging climate conditions, Sjøparken demonstrates that it is possible to build and live close to the elements. Distinctive homes are made possible through innovation and expertise.”
