“The fact that SEB has chosen to establish itself here confirms the quality and attractiveness of the project. We are proud to offer modern and sustainable office solutions in a rapidly developing part of the city,” says Knut Løken, CEO of Linstow.

Linstow has played a key role in the development of the area around Riga’s central station for several decades. The company’s strategic investments have contributed to making the area more attractive to residents, businesses, and investors alike. Notable projects in the area include the award-winning Origo shopping center, the Origo One office concept, and several hotels.

Satekles Business Center represents the next phase of development – demonstrating how modern technology, flexible design, and cultural heritage can be combined in a sustainable way. The project consists of three interconnected buildings totaling 13,500 square meters, including a listed wooden house of historical value. It is classified as a Class A office building and is expected to receive the BREEAM “Outstanding” certification – the highest rating for sustainable commercial buildings.

SEB will be the anchor tenant, with move-in planned for autumn 2025. In addition, flexible office space will be available for other businesses. With its proximity to public transport hubs, focus on energy efficiency, and advanced technological solutions, Satekles Business Center is a valuable addition to the city’s modern commercial infrastructure.

The Satekles Business Center was designed by the architectural firm SN&L.
