Satekles Biznesa Centrs Named “Project of the Year” in Latvia
Satekles Biznesa Centrs, developed by Linstow Baltic, has been named Project of the Year at the BREL Forum Awards 2025.

The business centre won both the jury and the public vote. The jury highlighted the project’s outstanding quality and its significance in shaping Riga’s emerging Central Business District.

The project achieved a BREEAM Outstanding rating at the design stage — the only project in Latvia to reach this level.
