“We are very pleased to welcome Lufttransport to Bergen Business Park. They are a solid company with an important societal mission and extensive operations across Norway. These are exactly the kinds of innovative, knowledge-based companies we aim to attract. Our ambition is for Bergen Business Park to become a central hub for both local and regional business,” says Bård Løvaas, Property Director at Linstow.
Lufttransport is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year and is one of Norway’s oldest aviation companies, with a long and proud history in both fixed-wing and helicopter operations. The company operates air ambulances, surveillance aircraft, air ambulance helicopters, search and rescue helicopters, and scheduled helicopter services. It is now resuming operations in Bergen, Stavanger, and Florø, providing offshore transport and offshore rescue helicopter services. The establishment at Bergen Business Park will help consolidate operations and ensure proximity to key infrastructure.
“For Lufttransport, this is a strategic choice. We are getting modern, flexible premises close to both the airport and key partners. Bergen Business Park provides an excellent framework for further growth and efficient operations,” says Erlend Olsen, CEO of Lufttransport AS.
Bergen Business Park hosts a number of strong tenants. The business park offers sustainable buildings, flexible office solutions, and proximity to public transport hubs and Bergen Airport.
