As Chief Group Accountant, Lejla Celjo Bye will have overall responsibility for the group's accounts, financial reporting, and financial management, with a particular responsibility for consolidating accounts for wholly owned companies in Norway and the Baltics, as well as partially owned subsidiaries.

- Linstow has the unique combination of large, complex real estate projects and an organizational size that allows for close involvement in many aspects. Various and sometimes complex tax and duty issues make property development and management an exciting industry I enjoy very much. Now I look forward to contributing to value creation together with the talented people at Linstow," says Celjo Bye.

Celjo Bye has fourteen years of experience in the property industry - as Chief Group Accountant at Opsahl Gruppen and with Olav Thon Gruppen. In addition, she has experience from large companies in other industries, such as ATEA and Orkla.

Sondre Rekdal Fiskerstrand has been hired as Group Controller and will have overall responsibility for governance documents and compliance. He will play a key role in processes related to corporate governance and will also be responsible for leading work related to taxonomy and sustainability reporting together with the sustainability officers in the company.

- Linstow is a forward-thinking urban developer with clear ambitions for a sustainable growth, which I am eager to contribute to. There are many exciting projects, and with headquarters in the middle of Oslo's most exciting urban transformation, Adamstuen, we keep the finger on the pulse. I am looking so forward to this," says Rekdal Fiskerstrand.

He comes from EY, where he was a senior consultant, and has previous experience as an auditor at BDO.

Linstow has several major urban development projects in both Norway and the Baltics. Adamstuen, Kvadraturen, and Sporta 2 quarter in Riga are some examples.

- We have significant growth ambitions and are very pleased to have Lejla and Sondre on board to help realize these," says CEO Knut Løken.
