Linstow to fully refurbish an attractive office building in Vika
Earlier this summer, Linstow took over Kronprinsens gate 9, right behind Victoria Terrasse. When the Ministry of Foreign Affairs relocates in the summer of 2026, the property will become a key development project for Linstow. Work to identify potential tenants is already underway.

— This is an exciting project that fits well with our strategy—and in an attractive area we believe will strengthen further in the years ahead, says Knut Løken, CEO of Linstow.
When the current tenant, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, moves to the new Government Quarter in the summer of 2026, Linstow will carry out a full refurbishment and a possible extension of the property, which today totals 6,600 square meters.
— Our ambition is to create a highly attractive office offering with ambitious sustainability goals. Planned completion is 2028, says Løken.
The building is centrally located in Vika with easy access to public transport. These will be highly attractive office premises, and the work to identify potential tenants is already in progress.
— Both single-tenant and multi-tenant solutions are relevant, and tenants who come in early will have the opportunity to influence the development process, Løken adds.
