Christensen brings extensive experience in marketing, relationship management, and leasing. Most recently, she has worked as a Key Account Manager. During her eight years with Møller Eiendom, she has been involved in a wide range of projects and has developed strong operational expertise, with valuable insight into both leasing processes and marketing activities.

"We are very pleased to welcome Sandra to the team. She brings broad experience and a strong ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions in collaboration with both public and private stakeholders. This expertise will be important as we continue to expand our healthcare real estate activities," says Hege Hidle Aaser, Director of Linstow Health.

Demand for healthcare services continues to grow, making healthcare real estate an increasingly important market segment. Linstow Health has established a clear position within this sector and will continue to develop and strengthen its portfolio.

As Head of Marketing and Leasing, Christensen will be responsible for the company's marketing strategy, concept development, and leasing activities across its healthcare properties. The role involves close collaboration with private, non-profit, and public healthcare providers to develop solutions that create strong synergies for both tenants and end users.

Christensen is looking forward to taking on a new and exciting area within the real estate industry and is eager to join Linstow Health.

"This role combines everything I am passionate about within real estate—leasing, marketing, and long-term relationship building—in a sector with significant societal impact and strong growth potential. Linstow is a solid, long-term company with a strong foundation, providing an excellent platform for building something lasting within healthcare real estate. While healthcare real estate is a new field for me, that makes the opportunity even more motivating. I look forward to learning, contributing commercial expertise, and helping further develop Linstow Health," says Christensen.

Christensen holds a degree in Marketing Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a degree in Interior Design from Kristiania University College. In addition to her experience in real estate, she also has a background in sales and brand management.
