“We are very pleased that DIPS, Deepinsight, and Aidn have chosen Qvarteret. The goal is for Qvarteret to set a new standard for office buildings in central Oslo, with high quality, energy class A, environmentally friendly materials, and reuse,” says Gunnar Fredriksen, Project Director at Linstow and Managing Director of Qvarteret Holding.

Qvarteret is located at the top of Kvadraturen and is a merger of Akersgata 13–15 and Tollbugata 32. The building totals 15,200 square meters, spread over nine above-ground floors and one basement level. The renovated building will offer flexible office solutions, social meeting places, various dining concepts, as well as fitness facilities on the city’s rooftop. Next to the staff restaurant, a “great hall” will be established for cultural events and client gatherings.

Bringing together leaders in Norwegian e-health
DIPS is a software company that develops mission-critical health technology and delivers electronic health record systems and other digital work tools to Norwegian hospitals.

“When Qvarteret is completed, we will have new facilities better suited to the way we work – with more flexibility and better conditions for collaboration, focus, and everyday interaction. It means a lot to be able to offer premises that strengthen professional communities, knowledge sharing, and cross-organizational collaboration,” says Sandra Escalante Schiefloe, HR Director at DIPS.

Deepinsight develops solutions that reduce waiting times and create a more sustainable healthcare system through the use of mathematics and artificial intelligence. Its product, Deepinsight Hero, is an AI-based software for optimal resource management in hospitals, developed in close collaboration with Norwegian hospitals.

“Accessibility, flexibility, and sustainability were crucial for us when choosing a new office. Qvarteret provides the framework we need for growth and a modern workday – designed for interdisciplinary collaboration and hybrid working methods,” says Head of People & Culture, Karoline Fauskanger Andersen at Deepinsight.

Aidn develops a modern, cloud-based patient record and collaboration platform for municipal healthcare services. The solution frees up time from documentation and organization, allowing healthcare professionals to spend more time with patients.

“We are growing fast, and our focus is to make good work tools available for municipalities. With employees across Norway, it is important for us to have a functional and solid base at the headquarters where we can come together. Qvarteret absolutely delivers on this, and we see great value in becoming part of a strong professional environment in the building,” says Chief People Officer, Victoria Rosland at Aidn.

Qvarteret will become a technology hub
The three companies have signed leases totaling just over 5,155 square meters and plan to move in during the first half of 2027. Together with the IT company Advania, which has already signed a lease for over 6,000 square meters, this will establish Qvarteret as a strong technology hub in central Oslo.

In addition, Qvarteret will help revitalize Kvadraturen, to the benefit of Oslo and its residents.

“With new open facades and attractive dining concepts, a new street-level environment is being created that will make the area more accessible and vibrant,” says Fredriksen.

Qvarteret is owned 60–40 by Linstow and Oslo Sentrum Holding through the company Qvarteret Holding. Linstow is responsible for project execution.
