Ekker will be responsible for the daily technical operations and maintenance of properties such as Adamstuen and Qvartalet, and will also play a key role in the further development of Linstow’s systems for operations and technical management. With solid experience in BREEAM certification, he will also be a valuable resource in ensuring sustainable operations.

“Hallvard brings a strong technical background and experience in both practical operations and system development. We were looking for someone to take responsibility for the daily follow-up of our buildings in Oslo, while also contributing to the further development of our systems and routines. With Hallvard on the team, we get that combination. In addition, he will be an important resource in the transition between project and operations, where ensuring proper handover and long-term solutions is essential,” says Bård Løvaas, Director of Real Estate at Linstow.

Hallvard Ekker joins from Bane NOR Eiendom, where he worked as Senior Advisor for technical installations. He also has experience as Service Manager at AF Energi og Miljøteknikk, and is educated as a civil engineer and electrician.

“I look forward to combining hands-on follow-up with systematic improvement efforts. I’m passionate about operations and maintenance — and I believe in the principle that one percent improvement every day makes a big difference over time. I’m excited to contribute in an environment that prioritizes sustainable property management,” says Ekker.

Hallvard Ekker will assume his new role on June 2.
