“This partnership gives us joint ownership of several exciting development areas in Bergen, and it represents a unique opportunity to combine GC Rieber Eiendom’s local presence and experience with Linstow’s national and international expertise,” says Tor Instanes, CEO of GC Rieber Eiendom.

Linstow’s properties in Flesland, Laksevåg, and Storetvedt will be managed and further developed by GC Rieber Eiendom, while Linstow will contribute with strategic development expertise. The goal is to create future-oriented, sustainable, and inclusive urban areas—for the benefit of both tenants and local communities.

“Together with GC Rieber Eiendom, we can develop our areas in Bergen with a stronger local anchoring. We aim to contribute to an urban development that meets today’s needs while promoting sustainability, well-being, and public health for future generations,” says Knut Løken, CEO of Linstow AS.

Joint development projects

The partnership includes, among others, the following initiatives:

  • Bergen Business Park, Flesland: Further development and expansion of the business park near Bergen Airport.
  • Damsgårdsveien 161–171, Laksevåg: Transformation of the area into a vibrant neighborhood with housing and commercial offerings.

GC Rieber Eiendom and Linstow share a clear ambition to develop areas that promote sustainable growth, social inclusion, and improved public health. Linstow’s Building Health initiative and GC Rieber Eiendom’s holistic approach to urban development form a strong foundation for achieving this.
