More mixed-use of properties are the future. Linstow collaborates with Red Cross Akershus and Lillestrøm municipality on the project “Room for Volunteering”. The idea is to utilize vacant property in Romerike Health Center to do health-promoting, non-profit work after opening hours.
Linstow, as a commercial player and owner of Romerike Health Center, lends the facilities free of charge. The Red Cross offers kids in need help with their homework, and Lillestrøm municipality links the work to the municipality's needs. In the past, blood donor recruitment and classes in parental guidance have been part of the collaboration. More activities are currently being established.
